KIRK SMITH is one of the best SOUL & GOSPEL voices in Germany. Born in Chicago, USA, he now lives in Berlin, and has fascinated his audience and fans for many years with his performances. Kirk Smith discovered his love for gospel music at a young age. He learned to play the trumpet and the piano, and in his parents’ church he was their Gospel Pastor already in his teenage years.
With his performances and concerts, he wins more and more fans – and this is no wonder with such a strong and charismatic expression and this amazing sensitive voice. In his own songs, he expresses his life and faith experience. He also likes to sing popular gospels, soul and R & B songs. Back in 2014, friends and family sent Kirk to the german TV SHOW THE VOICE. There all four jury members in the blind audition were overwhelmed by Kirk’s voice after just a few seconds. Kirk Smith is married and the father of five children, he serves as a Pastor in Berlin and is recording his first gospel album.
Kirk will be singing and preaching at the same location on Sunday 2 December at 10.30am, everyone is welcome at the service. Kirk will be performing jointly with the great choir GENERATION GOSPEL for one night only on the 1st of December 2018! Join us for this particular GOSPEL CONCERT in Luxembourg-city.
